To be avoided
When unpacking, the device does not recognise the SIM card. I try with my second card. There seems to be a problem with the port...
I call customer service and they refer me to D-Link... D-Link answers and after telling my story to several people and describing my tests, I am told that they will change the device and that an email will arrive immediately to give me the procedure. (Exchange time about 4 weeks announced!!)
1 hour later, still no mail, I call back and they ask me again what's wrong with it etc... and still no mail.
I had ordered this device for my camping holiday and well it's a failure, 441€ thrown out of the window.
I expected LDLC to give me a more "commercial" solution.
