An after-sales service that doesn't exist elsewhere
The motherboard works perfectly and there are no surprises... unlike the delivery service.
After a series of problems with Chronopost, who delivered my order 30 minutes by car from the planned location, 2 days late with no explanation or excuse, I was reimbursed for the delivery costs following a telephone call to LDLC's after-sales service. The call lasted 2 minutes with a real person (at Christmas time, that's incredible), no waiting, relevant information, no need to ask for anything.
I also called LDLC with a technical question about the hardware, and once again received a quality service, with no waiting, with trained and competent people who knew who I was and what order I was talking about before I had to tell them, and who passed on the information to each other so that I didn't have to repeat anything.
?? to the LDLC after-sales service. I can't buy IT equipment anywhere else after that.
