The instructions that come with the case are not very clear, but it's ok.
The assembly is quite easy, you just have to be dexterous enough to assemble the disc once aimed, with the mobile parts which will allow the disc to retract in the case.
Once mounted, no particular problem with it, it is well recognized by the system, however some applications have detected it as a USB key.
Two downsides though:
1. the size ratio between the USB connector and the case means that once plugged into a PC, if the case is suspended in a vacuum, it may not be detected by the PC, and worse, it could damage the USB connector of the case or the PC connector itself.
2. the case is very wide which means you can't plug anything in next to it if the other ports are close.
Also, I would advise using a USB C female/USB C male or USB cable.
