Very good, but beware of a watercooling system dimensioned as a consequence of a high heating.

Very good, but beware of a watercooling system dimensioned as a consequence of a high heating.
The price is definitely not exaggerated for this segment, I disagree.
-10 cores
-20 threads
-5.2ghz in oc
And compared to the rocket lake, which if you ask around is clearly not worth it to go with a 11900k, knowing that 1) it has 2 less cores and 2) it makes multitasking and even gaming not interesting, it is also more expensive and remains on the same engraving.
The 10850k is a 10900k with a little less bin (silitium quality), that's it, it's exactly the same cpu.
It offers me incredible performance in game console emulators, in my mac os big emulation, for my midi sequencer (ableton live) but above all irreproachable in video games. The 10 cores serve a purpose.
Very good alternative to the 5900x.
I still recommend this cpu in 2021 despite the news.
You don't believe me? Take a good look on the internet and you will see. (11900k vs 10850k/10900k)
Obviously if you want to take advantage of the nvme pcie 4.0 don't waste your time here, but that's the only reason to switch to intel for the i9 range.
Does the job without more
very expensive for this segment
might as well switch to Rocket Lake
no interest..........
Excellent product, with a monstrous power.
The basic settings tend to make it very hot, even with a 280mm AIO.
Don't hesitate to adjust all this and cool down your body !
Mounted on an Asus Prime B460M-A CM in dual Ubuntu/Windows boot, this CPU is a little monster and stable with both OSes without any problem.
As for the processor, I don't know much about it, but I can tell you that it does the job on everything I do.
Shopping, Payment, Shipping, Receiving... Perfect!
I'm still in the early stages of using the product itself, but under a Corsair AIO, I don't have any failure or temperature problems, despite the overclocking.
It does (are) the JOB!
?
Performant, received quickly, good value for money, combined with the 3080 I am quiet for a while ?
