Overview

10th Generation Intel Core Comet Lake-S Processor

The 10th generation Intel Core Comet Lake-S processor offers more cores and Hyper Threading from Core i3 to Core i9. With higher operating frequencies and the same TDP as previous generations, the 10th generation Intel Core processor delivers more performance and smoothness than ever before. The Intel Core i9-10900KF processor with 10 Cores (20 Threads), 20MB of cache and turbo speeds of up to 5.3GHz without overclocking is aimed at demanding gamers and users who need a lot of computing power every day.

With top-notch gaming performance, smooth virtual reality, and intensive multitasking, the 10th generation Intel Core processors are ultra versatile and at home in any situation. The Intel Core i9-10900KF does not have an integrated graphics controller , which is rarely used by gamers and power users. This gives you greater flexibility in choosing the right graphics card for your needs.

Intel Core i9-10900KF: 10 Cores, 3.7 GHz to 5.3 GHz

The Intel Core i9-10900KF processor offers dazzling performance with its base frequency of 3.7GHz and up to 5.3 GHz in Turbo mode, its 10 Cores and 20 threads and its 20 MB cache. Its 125W TDP allows it to offer high operating frequencies while keeping power consumption under control.

Designed for gaming and more

With the Intel Core i9-10900KF desktop processor, you get the high performance you need to get through the heaviest tasks quickly and without slowing down and enjoy smooth, intensive multitasking. It's also ideal for playing the latest video games, including Triple-A, watching movies in ultra-high resolution, creating and editing digital content, and much more. The 10th generation Intel Core i9 processor features Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 and Thermal Velocity Boost technologies that allow for extra power when your usage demands it.

Customisable frequency boost

The Intel Comet Lake-S processor "K" series models benefit from simple and easy-to-implement overclocking with an unlocked multiplier. This feature makes your hardware suitable for overclocking. You can easily reach the maximum performance of your components to accommodate the most demanding applications and the most demanding video games.

Information provided by our tech department Processor sold without cooling system. Compatible fans and watercooling are available as an option.
This processor, like all those of the F-series, is equipped with integrated graphics chipset (Intel UHD Graphics). The graphics output of your motherboard will therefore be irrelevant. The use of a dedicated graphics card will be mandatory to benefit from a display.

Probably the last real intel proco

And yes! The 12th generation is out! But here it is too hot, the DDR5 is (was) worth the price of an entry-level graphics card, the Z690 support is boring, the PCIE 5.0 which is a joke in itself (nah, really, find me a use for it...), the DDR4 platforms which are totally out of order compared to the very expensive D5 platforms and all out of stock, and finally a B660 with no reliability and 2012 functionalities, all this with a bracket (LGA 1700) which makes no sense and is of no use except to make you break a cable because you will have to find the compatible support (once again, often out of stock lol). But... here you are again (how do we find each other again?) It's time to re-establish the 10th gen as a priority choice ! yes this processor is surely THE last best choice for gaming and some multiple tasks ! It's the best choice for gaming and some multi-tasking. It's very easy to use on a motherboard at a very low price (thanks LDLC) and has a very high power margin in OC (for the connoisseurs). And above all, it's not even 7 to 12% better than an i9 12900K under DDR4 for half the price and the availability that goes with it. So you have a choice until Intel finally gets around to it (a stable and clean 13th gen maybe?) but in the meantime you have the real last iteration of the best that Intel has to offer! Go for it if you don't want to go to the reds (AMD, who have prices that literally explode lol) Good game to you :p

    Very good processor

Very good processor. Very good for gaming. As well as for video/stream editing.
The only drawback is that it tends to get very hot

    The best

What can I say about this processor if it is not that for 2 times less expensive or more, it eats the 2066, I did not even dare to overclock it. I've been using a 6850k coupled with a 1080TI, and the processor seems to handle the latter much better, especially in the most demanding games, and all this without flinching and without heating up (43° max with watercooling).
