With the Instant On mobile app or cloud-based web portal, you can quickly configure, monitor and manage 1930 Series switches from anywhere, at any time.
TheHPE Networking Instant On 1930 8G (JL680A) offers 8 Gigabit 10/100/1000 Mbps ports with two SFP uplinks. Built-in security features protect your network from unauthorised access and allow you to segment traffic and define access to each area of the network.
High-performance access layer switches
The series consists of four PoE+ Class 4 switches and three non-PoE switches, including 8-, 24- and 48-port Gigabit Ethernet switches. Two dedicated 1 Gigabit SFP fibre ports on the 8-port models and four dedicated 1GbE/10GbE SFP+ fibre ports on the 24- and 48-port models ensure peak performance and eliminate network congestion. Customisable features include basic Layer 2 functionality such as VLANs and link aggregation as well as advanced
advanced features such as Layer 4 IPv4 static routing, ACLs, Spanning Tree Protocols (STP) and IPv6 compatibility.
Built-in security features protect your network from external attacks by blocking malware and preventing unauthorised users from accessing the network. Network traffic can be filtered and access denied via IP and MAC address filtering.

The cloud-hosted web interface and mobile app make it easy to manage networks incorporating Instant On access points and switches. The same intuitive interface also makes it easy to manage individual switches, requiring no technical expertise.The HPE Networking Instant On mobile application provides common workflows for Instant On switches and access points, allowing you to configure, monitor and manage your network remotely without the need for additional hardware (such as Cloud keys or VPNs). You can update the firmware of your Instant On devices directly in the Cloud at any time, wherever you are.
