Use this StarTech. com 4K HDMI Signal Booster to amplify your HDMI signal and extend it up to 14m using HDMI cabling. When you extend the HDMI signal using standard video cabling, higher resolutions may become unavailable on your HDMI 2.0 devices after a few feet. With this signal extender, you can be sure that HDMI 2.0 resolutions up to 4K UHD at 60 Hz are available even at distances up to 14 m. You can reach even longer distances with lower refresh rates: up to 4K at 30 Hz and 30 m. The signal amplifier works by connecting two HDMI-certified cables, each up to 7 m long, on either side of the signal amplifier.
Thanks to its compact size, the HDMI Signal Booster is easy to conceal for discreet installation. By extending your video signal using HDMI-certified cables, the in-line amplifier is a cost-effective alternative to more expensive extension systems that require the installation of CAT5 or CAT6 cabling infrastructure.
