Overview

The HDM-42 switch is an ideal product for home cinema applications, game rooms, sound bars or sharing HD sources in 2 different rooms. Each output can select a different source from one of the four inputs (matrix mode). Both outputs can select the same input source (splitter mode).

Output A incorporates an S/PIDF digital audio output (optical and coaxial) for devices without an HDMI connection. The HDM-42 switch is designed with an eight-mode detection matrix. By selecting the different detection modes, users can set the video output and audio output formats.
