In RAID 0 configurations, the Z11PA-D8 has a 40% faster write speed than systems with a single M.2 SSD, and an 84% faster read speed. For peace of mind, put your M.2 SSDs in a RAID 1 configuration for immediate data redundancy. The Z11PA-D8 is equipped with a VROC (Virtual Raid on CPU) connector that supports NVMe SSDs with Intel Volume Management Device technology.
The Z11PA-D8 incorporates a MicroSD card slot that provides additional storage space for your videos, ISO files for OS recovery via the ASMB9-iKVM online module user interface. The additional storage option allows users to view their files on other devices while continuing to backup their data.
ASUS Control Center (ACC)
The Z11PA-D8 incorporates an iKVM module as well as ASUS Control Center software that provides small and medium-sized businesses with complete out-of-band and in-band management.
The ASUS Control Center (ACC) is a centralised and integrated IT management platform for monitoring and controlling ASUS business products including servers, workstations and digital signage solutions. The ACC allows for BIOS and software updates, monitoring of multiple systems via a mobile device and software deployment, all from a remote location. This makes server management easier, regardless of your IT infrastructure.
With its out-of-band management, the ASMBB-iKVM allows you to remotely monitor your system at any time and perform diagnostics even if the server's operating system is down or disconnected. All of this can be done from an intuitive online interface that is compatible with all major browsers.
