    After 2 years of use, satisfied :-)

    I had given a mixed review just after purchasing this NAS.

    But now, after 2 years of use, I find it does the job well.
    Extremely wide configuration possibilities. Possibility to add third party applications (ARM X41 compatible).
    Many server functions supported in addition to the file server (media server, web server, SQL server, ...).
    I use it as a Gitea server to host my GIT repositories, it works perfectly.
    I also had the case of a failed disk: it's very simple. I've also had a disk fail: it's very simple, just remove the failed disk and put the new one back in, and that's it (the NAS automatically starts to rebuild the RAID, nothing else to do).
    I'm planning to put RAM back in it in the next few months.
    I'm not sure if it's a good product or not, but it's for the more advanced user.

    Complicated installation.

    I wanted to migrate my data from my old NAS by inserting the 2 disks (in RAID0) one after the other to move the data from one NAS to the other, I had to change my plans because it was not possible to change the type of RAID once the initial configuration was completed. I have to put the 2 disks from the beginning and format them. I'm not sure how to change the configuration of the disks, but to change the configuration of the disks, you have to take them out of the NAS, put them back in a PC to format them, then put them back in the NAS, re-configure the partitioning, etc. I've done this 3 times, what a SHIT!

    Once this step is over, the whole thing works well. The access times are excellent, but the disks are constantly spinning, so we'll have to see how long the disks last.
