works perfectly, OpenWRT compatible
The access point is perfectly suited to cover a single house. I installed it on the ceiling of a somewhat central corridor and mobile devices connect to it without difficulty despite some thick walls.
I chose this device because I wanted something supported by OpenWRT (the development version at the time of writing), so that I could control what the system does, trust it, and be able to configure it to my requirements.
The ethernet ports on the side of the unit are a plus, although another comment sees a minus: this makes installation and uninstallation a breeze without the hassle of having to twist and turn to plug in cables on the back, especially if you don't have a false ceiling.
The device has been in place for 4 months and is working well.
