You can easily change the layout to suit new needs!
The Define Mini C enclosure is the quietest in the computing world, thanks to the very dense and strategically placed ModuVent soundproofing material.The Define C has a very low noise level, thanks to the very dense and strategically placed ModuVent soundproofing material and the Dynamic series fans, which are finely tuned and fitted with covers. The Define C has plenty of space to accommodate large watercooling systems or fans. It is fitted with ModuVent's new "tool-free" fan slot covers. Users can install additional fans, or cover the slots for maximum soundproofing. The case is supplied with two 120mm Fractal Design Dynamic GP12 fans, designed to provide superlative airflow with minimal noise.
The Fractal Design Define Mini C case benefits from a robust design that is engineered to provide absolute silence. The entire case is lined with a highly sound-absorbing material that does not restrict airflow or cooling. A dust cover is fitted at the front and rear for easy access. This model is also available in a windowed version. Practical, robust, high-performance and ultra-designed, it will satisfy gamers looking for a top-of-the-range case.

Well-built, quiet (with an office configuration inside), the case is well thought-out, and if you want a sober tower PC that's not too imposing, it's top of the range.
A very practical case, with enough space (if you have the means and time) to take care of the placement and storage of cables. The construction seems robust and neat.
I use it with the following configuration:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 (non-X)
- Graphics card: Nvidia RTX A5000
- Motherboard: MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI (note: with this case and motherboard, the sata plugs and the USB ports on the front panel are difficult to plug in because there is very little space to put them in).
- Watercooling AIO: Cooler Master Seidon 120V
I bought it above all for its sobriety (nothing to say about that), and its silence. On this last point, it will be necessary to adjust the speed of the two fans supplied with it to obtain a good balance between noise and cooling efficiency, since they can be heard at full speed. Overall, the most shrill/high-pitched sounds seem to be well attenuated by the case, and only a hissing noise emanating from the various fans remains, potentially a low-pitched sound if you have an HDD. Under load, the noise is a bit more present, but this is a bit unavoidable in my opinion.
Note that the 3.5" drive cage didn't do anything for the noise generated by one of my HDDs (constant noise from the drive motor itself, not from the scratching of the drive head).
Contrary to other comments, I haven't noticed any abnormal heating of the HDD (< 25°C in a 18°C room) located in the bay, despite the lack of airflow there if you don't put a fan in (which is my case). I guess it depends on the model of mechanical hard drives. The same goes for the ignition button, which never jammed in my case.
Note: it would be useful to know in advance the size of the packaging of the said case, which, with the polystyrene padding, forms a rather imposing whole, especially for transport on foot.
Mounted with :
- be quiet Pure Power 11 FM 750W power supply
- CM Asus prime B660
- Core i5 12600 + be quiet Pure Rock 2 Black
This "mini" case is well designed and well finished:
- large openings for the internal cables
- removable support for the power supply
- Cage for 2 x 2.5" and 3.5" disks in the separate lower area
- USB and audio sockets at the top of the case
And ATTENTION, motherboards in ATX format do not fit in this case: only MICRO-ATX.
Well finished, sober and aesthetic case.
The USB ports on the front are slightly slanted, which is not very practical (a matter of habit perhaps).
Bought 100 euros in March 2021.
Not being a PC tuning freak, a 50 euros case would surely have done the trick for my use (office, multimedia), with the addition of foam for soundproofing.
I don't regret this purchase though.
First of all, this case is nice and compact. But it has some flaws :
the fans can be noisy (one of the two seems to be out of alignment and makes noise continuously);
the cooling is non-existent at the place where you place a HDD what makes it heats a lot at this place; If you intend to use only a SSD you will not have this problem;
the start button often gets stuck in the down position (plastic against plastic) preventing the machine from turning on.
Otherwise very practical with a modular power supply: be quiet! Pure Power 11 400W CM 80PLUS Gold
