Define Mini C: When design and silence become one

Fractal Design 's cleverly designed Define Mini C case is for anyone looking for a quiet case that's ready for a powerful, expandable air- or liquid-cooling system, built with a stunning Scandinavian-inspired design. Combining design, space and ventilation, the Define Mini C can accommodate up to two 3.5" HDD/SSDs (and 3 x 2.5" SSDs), an ATX power supply, a 315mm+ graphics card and cooling options ranging from five 120mm or 140mm fans to watercooling (240mm top, 280mm front).

You can easily change the layout to suit your new needs!

Optimal cooling

The Define Mini C is the quietest case in the computer industry, thanks to the dense, strategically placed ModuVent sound insulation material and the finely tuned fans from the Dynamic series with covers. The Define C has ample space to accommodate large watercooling systems or fans.

It is equipped with the new ModuVent "tool-free" fan slot covers. The user can install additional fans, or cover the slots for maximum sound insulation. The case comes with two 120mm Fractal Design Dynamic GP12 fans, designed to provide superlative airflow with minimal noise.

A classy design

The Fractal Design Define Mini C case benefits from a robust design that's engineered to give you absolute silence. The entire enclosure is lined with a highly sound-absorbing material that does not restrict airflow or cooling. A dust cover is fitted at the front and rear for easy access.

Practical, robust, high-performance and ultra-designed, it will satisfy gamers looking for a high-end case.

    Good box

I had to order a case in a hurry and unfortunately this model was not my first choice. I would have much preferred the version without glass but it was not available for several months...
That said, apart from the glass, it's a good case. I put in a MSI MPG Z390I GAMING EDGE AC mini-itx card, a Corsair RM550x V2 power supply, an Intel Core i5-9400 + Noctua NH-U12S, a Sapphire PULSE RADEON RX 5500 XT and an SSD.
I could have chosen a smaller case, but I wanted the components to breathe well to keep the ventilation smooth and quiet. It is well designed and allows for easy installation of components and cable management.
The case's fans are not particularly quiet when running fast: if your motherboard allows it, it is interesting to lower their speed. In my case they are set to around 450-500 rpm when the internal temperature is below 42°C, which makes the PC very quiet (by default my motherboard had them running at 800 and 1200 rpm).

    A pearl

Of all the mATX boxes, this is probably one of the best thought out.
It easily holds my I7 8700K, and my 1070Ti. It can hold 2HDD, 3SSD, and enough fans to cool it all down.
I've seen rigs where you can easily put a 280 radiator on the front, and I guess on top (I'll try in the future and comment again if possible).

The glass looks very good. The power button can get stuck when you press it as it doesn't take the full width of the hole it's placed in. It's a pity because this little flaw is easy to change.

Otherwise, for a mATX setup, I highly recommend it!

    Excellent

I bought it to mount a powerful but not too bulky configuration, I'm very satisfied with it!
I was able to install an X62 without difficulty on the front panel, despite the large 280mm radiator, and that few micro ATX cases allow!
For the assembly, the case is extremely practical and multiplies the tricks to facilitate your life. it is hyper modular.
The finishes are excellent, the glass allows you to indulge in neon and co if you wish :d
The X62 has two 120mm corsair fans and the top panel is removed, so it ventilates very well without making a lot of noise.

    Excellent in every way!
