This is the second product of this model that you have sent me (Zyxel wireless access point).
It works very badly: the internet connection is very bad (very slow) and sometimes impossible.
I would have liked a refund rather than a standard exchange.
I am considering buying a desktop PC with ethernet connectivity, I probably won't do it at LDLC.
Replacing an old access point to increase WIFI coverage, and it works. Much greater range.
Beware of the lights, in a brightly lit room, they are not visible. When I first plugged it in, I thought the thing wouldn't start.
Tested as a wifi access point. ZYXEL connected to the box by CABLE ETHERNET, to create an independent WIFI network.

In 2.4GHZ WIFI network, full bandwidth 30MPBS
In summary it is perfect but you should not need more than 30MBPS if connected in WIFI access point
My house is a long house with thick walls and the wifi from the box does not pass in all the rooms.
The WAP3205 solves the problem almost perfectly but is still insufficient to cover the whole house. No problem, at the other end, the box takes over.
Satisfactory: unpack, mount, plug in, surf.
