I'm not really convinced and would prefer to go for a faster and less noisy SSD.
I've only been using it for a few weeks so it's hard to get a real "feel" for the product. So far no problems to report, everything is working fine.
As stated in other reviews: no cables or screws.
Hard disk (TOSHIBA HDWD110EZSTA P300 1T 7200 64MB) in addition: nothing to report on the side of sector defects at start-up.
Note: box version delivered without cable (sata) or screws; to be provided if necessary.
I bought it to replace the original Seagate hard drive in a Packard Bell all in one which broke down after 14 months.
The characteristics speak for themselves: the performance is there. I can't say anything about its lifespan, of course, but at one time Toshiba had the lowest failure rate, according to what a technician from a hard drive "clinic" (laboratory with a clean room) told me.
If I had to buy a hard drive today, I would choose that one again.
