The product and the delivery.

I was not completely satisfied with this product simply because it does not have a usb communication port
This U¨PS does the job (backup power, surge protection...).
On the other hand, 2 negative points:
- the unpleasant beep every 30s when on battery. And no way to deactivate it.
- The only thing I can say is that it's an IEC connector, and an IEC extension cable is included. It's fine when inserted before a PC. However, when you use it for something else using standard 230V sockets (my case), I would have liked to know so that I could buy the necessary adapters directly.
The product description needs to be completed (it was only marked IEC outputs... not the input)
A good inverter for a very affordable price. Being prone to many power cuts, I didn't want to plug in my new setup without an inverter. This one does the job well, I didn't have the opportunity to time its autonomy but it never failed me.
Basic UPS to secure a NAS. Works perfectly, however only one cable for the three sockets, a pity that this was not indicated before the purchase...
LDCL still performs well, is fast and secure.
I'm quite happy with this product and have had the same one for well over 10 years (the ups cs500) and I prefer the cs because it has the conection to connect it in usb to the pc but otherwise it does the job. The only reproach is that in case of failure as it happened to me on the one if (broken at the unpacking) the exchange is very fast because received the new under 2 days but this is done via fed ex therefore for the new no worries it deposits it in a neighbour but it is for the resumption that it is the problem because yes first it sends the new and only 2-3 days after reception of the new it calls you back to fix an rdv for the resumption the old and it gives time slot of the style between 8am - 5pm and that of the Monday to Friday
This UPS does its job properly.
With my Orange box and the power supply of my Gigaset, the autonomy during the first voluntary test was 2 hours, which is very suitable.
On the other hand, two points are negative:
- the power connection with the non-EU plugs
- the unbearable beep-beep every 30 seconds in case of network failure
I haven't had a disconnect to check its behaviour yet, but the test I did left my router and box working.
The proposed connection is really problematic. I managed by modifying the electrical installation associated with my box and my router (transformed one of the outputs to a classic plug - I'm a good handyman). That's why it's missing a star.
It's a pity that there is no information link with the PC, but for the price I may be asking a bit too much...
Limited by its rear sockets. I wanted to run it on a plasma screen but the latter consumes too much power and therefore makes the inverter beep continuously (indicating that it does not protect because the battery is empty).
I wanted to recycle it for the laptop: the plugs...why not put a standard wall plug?
I have to find an adapter cable...
