UPS, install and forget
Small UPS, with battery that can be changed. This is the third of this model that I have installed over 20 years. The only intervention was to change the battery on the first one.
The APC Back-UPS instantly switches your computer to battery backup power. This allows you to continue working during small power outages or to power up your system in the event of a prolonged outage.
230V single-phase off-line UPS (USB)
Power problems can cause keyboards to lock up, all data to be lost, hardware to deteriorate or motherboards to be damaged, making downtime inevitable. APC's Back-UPS instantly switches your computer to battery backup power. This allows you to continue working during small power outages or shut down your system in the event of a prolonged power outage. The high-performance surge suppression feature protects your computer from electrical interference and damage that can be caused by any voltage spike, even during a thunderstorm.

It's hard to post a serious review for an inverter only 15 days after purchase... so far: delivery OK, device OK
I chose this rather old and more expensive model (for an OffLine) than its more recent equivalents, because I'm in a rural area where the grid voltage is rather variable (to be polite) and knowing what to buy is rare these days
Indeed the previous one, an APC Back-UPS CS 500, bought in 2004, battery changed in 2010, is still working (and will now protect TV + HiFi). Perfectly silent, does not heat up, responsive (196-256 V sensitivity). Rustic (no gimmicky features) but efficient
The CS 650 protects PC with 5 HDD, 27' monitor, printer/scanner, speaker box etc and it uses ~45% of its capacity according to the supplied software. There is no reason why it should do less well than its predecessor
Very easy and intuitive battery change if needed
One detail: the sound alarms are quite violent (it wakes you up at night even if you sleep on another floor) but it's quite easy to remove the buzzer or to mount a small switch to turn off the sound - which I did immediately after the warranty expired on the CS 500
