I had bought an AMD ryzen 5 5500 which, according to AMD and MSI, was technically compatible with my MSI x370 gaming plus by updating the BIOS.
But no! I sent the 5500 back to LDLC who were kind enough and professional enough to test it.
It was my old motherboard that didn't recognise the processor.
Since then, with my new TUF B550 gaming plus, everything has been running smoothly!

Mounted with a ryzen 5 3600 and 2 ssd nvme gen 3 in boot win 11.
Raid 0 performed correctly but despite updating the bios, amd and asus drivers, it was impossible to double the reading speed of the ssd.
So 1 ssd gen4 would have done the 7000 in test.
Maybe the Samsung drivers in the win install, rather than AMD or a more recent proc (chipset). To try.
Very good product, but in my opinion, amd should work more its drivers that applications "Christmas trees.

I have paired this motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5 4500 processor and everything works fine. I have updated the bios with the EZ Flash utility on the motherboard. I only regret the position of the sata ports pointing to the right instead of up.
I have received the motherboard in the LDLC shop in Vienna where I had it installed. I have to say that I am very pleased with the results. The result is that the machine works. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.
After a small BIOS update, I was able to enable the built-in TPM feature and installed Windows 11
First of all, and this is very important, the advisors are very attentive to your needs to make sure you don't make any mistakes when ordering new hardware (compatibility, etc.). I also appreciated the PC configurator to choose the hardware for my new PC.

Card purchased to replace an older card based on the X370 chipset. The card works fine under Ubuntu 20.04.
The BIOS offers to configure speed response curves for different fans (including the CPU fan) depending on the temperature, which is quite convenient.
Nothing to say about the overclocking features, which I don't use, nor the coloured LEDs, which I immediately turned off.
There is no need to list the inputs and outputs here, you just have to check the manufacturer's website. Beware of a potential nasty surprise on the PCIe speeds: one of the two 16x slots only works in 4x; moreover, depending on the use of the other slots, this speed can even fall to 1x. Be sure to read the manufacturer's documentation, as the marketing presentation obviously does not emphasise this point...
Finally, a small heatsink is provided to accompany an M2 SSD. It seems to be sufficient in practice (my SSD doesn't exceed 60°C under normal conditions).
I had requested the bios upgrade but received it with "Ryzen 3000 Ready" "Ryzen 5000 Ready" labels.
Used with a ryzen 5 5600X and an MSI RTX 3060.

Bought this to upgrade from a CM that was working perfectly (Gigabyte for i7 3rd gen) but need to upgrade for future games mainly. I got this card more because I wanted an asus gaming card.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it again, but I'm sure I'll be able to use it again and again, and I'm sure I'll be able to use it again and again.
The little extra not expected, the aura sync present on the card.
Bios simple but possible to modify many parameters in "advanced".

This card is well thought out, the bios is quite easy, it is upgraded to 1401 so we can access the ryzen 5000 and ryzen 4000G, in addition it will be compatible with win 11 with its tpm in firmware, drmos 8+2 which will be able to accommodate ryzen 7 without any problem, risk of heating for ryzen 9 but we can also, the bios is flashable or by EZ3, a nvme radiator is provided with the remaining cables (with ordered config), works very well for the moment.
Very nice ryzen 5000 compatible card, the + : Ethernet 2,5gb, M2 radiator, aura sync, flash bios with ez flash and TPM 2 (in firmware), what to see coming.
The card (received on time) seems to be of good quality and is rather aesthetic. The connectivity is complete and well placed in general.
The card I received (28/04/21) was "AMD Ryzen 5000X Desktop Ready".
I installed it with a Ryzen 9 5900x: no need to flash the bios, everything is operational immediately.
