I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure how long it's been out of stock.
Bought for a Raid 5, the disks failed one after the other between 20 and 24 months. The Macway warranty did the job (+1) but it is clearly worrying. If you have a set up with this set, at the first failure change the disc and vary the make and model.
Buy x4 - One of them has just failed after 20 months of operation. Still under warranty. It's the same series, I hope I'm not getting into a famous "law" of series

I relied on the opinions of users to make my choice, looking for a good compromise between capacity, reliability and price to make backups by mounting this drive on a Sata/USB3 adapter also purchased from LDLC.

Quite fast, the on-the-fly transfer of the 3.08TB I put back on it was done at about 120MB/s on average (and it's really the disk that was limiting).
No noise found, but config with some ventillo so low background noise that may be covering the drives.
Set up with its twin in a Synology NAS just a month ago.
Nothing special to report in such a short time but if I dared I would say that they are perhaps a little noisy.
The speed is hard to tell between the NAS and the network, I don't know where the bottleneck is, but the backups are a bit long.
Nothing to report, fairly standard hard drive, good value for money.
Just acquired so I could not test in the long term.
My grandmother will be delighted, and uncle Albert will be able to put his fish pictures when he goes fishing.
