Yamaha has redefined their essence in a compact package: HS3s are powerful tools that facilitate the creation of a wide range of audio content, from music production to video editing, meeting the expectations of creators who have limited space and need to keep the volume down, without compromising on listening quality.
The HS3s carry on the philosophy and know-how of Yamaha monitoring loudspeakers. They are made up of carefully selected components, such as a high-performance Class D amplifier and a highly resistant MDF cabinet . The woofer and soft dome tweeter deliver true-to-source sound despite their size. They also feature exclusive 'Twisted Flare Port' technology, which reduces air turbulence in the bass-reflex port for clear, accurate bass. This is the secret behind the HS3's exceptional resolution, sound imaging and depth, with a straight response across all frequency bands and no coloration of the original sound.

The rear panel of the HS3 features XLR/TRS, RCA and stereo mini jack combo connectors, allowing you to connect them to a wide range of professional and consumer equipment such as computers, audio interfaces, mixing consoles and electronic instruments. The most frequently used functions - power button, volume knob and headphone jack- are located on the front for convenient access.
The compact size of the HS3 has been made possible by highly efficient Class D amplification. The use of a single amplifier for two loudspeakers has reduced their weight and simplified cable connections. The HS3s take up little space, even in your studio corner, and are easy to take on trips.
