    Television impossible to configure

    A television with a superb picture, but extremely difficult to set up!
    It's impossible to access the WIFI function, let alone the reset function. The tabs are inaccessible or unresponsive.
    In short, I can't connect my Philips 8000 series subwoofer and Philips after-sales service just sends me emails with the procedure to follow .......... which doesn't work!!!
    I would like a technician to come and sort it out but I've had no feedback.
    This could end badly! My lawyer is already aware of the problem.
