    A disaster

    I only received it three weeks ago, and the touchpad is already causing problems. It's far too sensitive and sometimes, when scrolling, the cursor jumps and shakes. I've tried five different drivers, but none of them solves the problem. Today it got even worse: while I was watching a video on YouTube, the screen suddenly went black. I restarted my PC, but it can't even display the BIOS image, even though the keyboard lights are on. Plugging in an external monitor didn't help. The computer is currently unusable. Except that I have the same problem with the second one.

    That's why I'm giving the score I'm giving. I'm going to start a new procedure with LDLC so that we can find a permanent solution because, after all, I'd like to have a computer that works properly all the time...
