Delivery problem with Chronopost who called me on the wrong number (since corrected) and didn't even bother to go to my home to confirm my absence.
So two failed deliveries and then delivery to a relay point on the third day.
Very good contact with LDLC's after-sales service, which reimbursed me for the delivery.
This incident does not call into question the excellent opinion I have had of LDLC for years.
