Too many problems
I've been using this PC for just over a year now, and I've had nothing but software problems.
I think that the flaws in Windows 11 have a lot to do with it, such as:
The bitlocker lock at start-up
-The fact that passwords cannot be displayed
-Repeated bugs such as the PC being locked for 2 hours for 5 failed passwords when I've only entered it once, and having to leave the PC on for those two hours knowing that you can't access the sleep options without logging in...
-high resource use, such as RAM already at 60% without having opened any apps
As far as the PC is concerned, it's pretty decent, apart from that:
-The battery life is very limited, probably because the PC stays on half the time when the cover is closed (the fan kicks in again)
-The plastic coating is fragile and is already coming off
In short, a lot of problems, mostly related to Windows 11 itself or its compatibility with the device, and a PC that can't be described as qualitative in terms of hardware, and whose software problems are too frustrating for me to be satisfied with the product.
