Very good laptop, but Lenovo gets the red card
No worries with the laptop itself: it's exactly what I wanted and great value for money with the LDLC promotion (bright 17" full hd screen, ryzen 7, 12gb ram, 512gb ssd, wifi 6).
No installation problems with Windows 11 included, it boots almost instantly (although I already had an ssd before).
No problem with LDLC either: good advice at the shop in Vienne and delivered quickly.
BUT LENOVO are to be commended for stating in the description of the laptop that it has a free internal slot for a 2.5" hdd/ssd without providing the cable to connect it, even though the cable is proprietary and essential. I had chosen this model precisely because it had this possibility of extension which was necessary for me, I had moreover bought a ssd 1 to 2,5" at the same time)...
What's worse, it's not even stocked on their site and the support person I contacted advised you to do a google search (yes, it's spelled out in the email I received from them) and didn't forget to mention that the warranty would be invalidated by its installation!
A bit like buying a car with a 500 dm3 boot but not being given the key to open it, and losing the warranty if you find a way to use it anyway ...
In the end I found the cable on another site (LDLC listed one but it was very expensive and there was no guarantee that it was the right model for my laptop).
So all in all, a very good laptop that also works very well with the added ssd, but I hope I'll never have to use Lenovo support.
