This product was purchased to connect an Orange decoder to the Toslink socket in a home cinema.
Visually the product gives a good impression of quality (aluminium casing), but once plugged in it's a completely different story! The box struggles to hold on to the source to which it is connected, which means that you have to unplug it and then plug it back in electrically to hope to see an image appear each time you restart the Orange decoder! What's more, you have to switch it back to 5.1 using the button each time. I've also tried it with an Android computer/box, changed the HDMI cables, and the problem persists, it's not a problem with my decoder.
