You hear it all the time, and when it goes up with an application that's a bit greedy, it's hellish. Given the price, it's really a bad deal, and I strongly advise against it.
Ironic, really, when the name of your company is BE QUIET! and you're louder than most other PSUs.
I've been a loyal LDLC customer for years and I've never been disappointed, although I'm always wary of buying online.
The product: nothing to say, it's Be Quiet in all its glory!
Handles voltage spikes impeccably, which have caused me a few problems in the past.

Zero noise, modular cables, no surprises!
Very good power supply, I took the 850W model, the product complies with the description, quiet power supply, plus the cables are long enough, but be careful with your case, I had quite a lot of trouble getting everything into the back of the tower. Because I've got quite a few HUBs plugged in as well as custom cable kits, so all that put together makes quite a lot of space. For information, I have the Corsair Crystal X570 box.

I bought this power supply to replace my LDLC 550W Gold.
Simple and easy to fit, it's perfectly silent, a real treat.
What's more, as it's an 80-Titanium, I've seen a 5-10W difference in power consumption for standard use and even more when gaming. It's always a pleasure to consume less ^^
And as it's an ATX 3.0, the 12VHPWR is supplied, if you want to upgrade to an RTX 40XX.
