power supply originally bought for a 13600kf and a 1060 3go before upgrading to a 3080 10Go
I know that a new upgrade for an I7 14700kf (or future intel ultra 200 and more) and a 4080 (or future 5080) will be possible without worrying about power.
while having a clean management cable thanks to the modularity of the cables of this power supply.
silent and practical power supply for installation
My last Corsair power supply (HX 620W), bought in 2008, lasted me 16 years without any problems, even though it was rather 'undersized'.
With such reliability, I certainly wasn't going to change brands...
Good power supply if it didn't have this omnipresent Coil Whine.
It's not a fault in the power supply, just an electrical effect on the coils, but it's becoming unbearable.
Some manufacturers manage to get rid of it or camouflage it.
Here Corsair proves once again that they still have work to do.
Full modular. Connecting your PC is child's play.
In my case, I had to coil whine coming out of the power supply.
Even after an exchange from LDLC, nothing helped.
I was looking for a feed that would last over the long term, and I was ready to spend some money on it.
Compared to what I've heard about it on other sites, I don't have any coil whine problems.
I bought it in a shop in Le Havre, where the salesman was very friendly and gave good advice.
Works very well and is easy to install.
I'd recommend it.
