Living up to the reputation
There's no doubt about it, HP is still holding its own against its competitors. There are no nasty surprises here, so I'll remain one of HP's most loyal customers. On the other hand, the serious downside concerns the documentation, which is, to say the least, succinct and distressing - a mild euphemism if ever there was one. The complexity of getting it up and running was beyond my capabilities (which I can honestly describe as meagre). Luckily a trainer friend at Greta was able to get me out of this pernicious rut, which I wouldn't have been able to get out of on my own. In the same way, my confidence in LDLC, from whom I had already purchased my antique HP LJ 3390 in 2004, remains intact.
