very good material +fast delivery!
The only downside is that there is no uppercase indicator........
It's a good performing computer, but I'm sorry there's no button to activate or deactivate the built-in webcam. After a week, it stopped working and I don't know what happened, it seems to have been disconnected. I've looked everywhere, contacted the after-sales service but no satisfactory solution has been offered (even by phone). I don't want to reset everything because it takes time to configure. I'm not a fan of Windows 11 but that has nothing to do with the computer. The value for money is still very good and I hope that in future versions they will add this button on the keyboard (I had a Lenovo with it and I thought it was practical).
I bought it for development (programming). I've upgraded it to 40 GB RAM and it runs very well despite the high demand on resources: several applications + almost 100 Internet tabs open at the same time.
The advice from LDLC support is always very good.
The equipment met my requirements.
Impeccable delivery.
Got up and running without a hitch.
LDLC is great!
It's easy enough to get to grips with, the battery lasts less time than advertised, but on the second day it won't turn on once I've entered the user code, so I'm left with a black screen. I'm going to have to go to the shop to find out what's going on.
Glad to have back a Medion pc similar to the one I had before - modernised of course and thankfully. Will it last 15 years like my old Medion laptop. I hope so.
Simple tool just what is needed.
Architecture seen on the 1st fixed workstations with mixed hard disks (SSD + SATA). A really good idea. The internal software (BIOS) provides all the essentials, easily accessible via F2 and transparent. It's a pleasure to see the power-on function by opening the cover (panel), which is very practical for me, as I use the laptop as a desktop connected to a large screen. The keyboard backlighting is also appreciated. Windows loads very quickly, and the power button flashes when you wake up from standby mode. Confirmed: there are 2 RAM memory slots, one of which is occupied by an 8 GB memory strip. Windows 11 does very well with 8 GB RAM, but the performance gain is very clear at 16 GB RAM. Although the manual is easy to read, it's useless. Except perhaps for those who don't yet know that you can suffocate by sucking the packaging out of your nose. Well done and thanks to LDLC, the parcel took a bit of time to get through customs and the cardboard packaging suffered, but there wasn't a scratch on the original case, which was absolutely well protected inside. I'm not surprised to see so many comments on this model, which richly deserves it. Sincerely
I was looking for a PC with almost the same configuration as my previous one, and I found it!
It perfectly fulfils the tasks I ask of it, I wish it a long life!
Thank you LDLC ????
No problems with this acquisition, which is as expected. The only thing this PC lacks is a light to indicate that the numeric keypad is activated.
I just hope that it will continue to be so for a long time. In fact that's the whole problem with reviews: you should say what you think of it as soon as you open the box. I bought this PC to replace my old eMachine bought in Nov 2004! And yes, 12 years of professional use with a 350 euros laptop. Well, having said that, I mainly do office work, but also electronic circuit design/routing, CAD, 3D printing, coding/programming, quite a bit of image processing... etc. And it seems to be working...
I chose this MEDION AKOYA primarily for its second HDD, which was an important criterion for me. I find it very pleasant and fluid, its screen is also very comfortable, and especially... it is light to carry around (because I have to carry it every day, morning and evening!)
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one, and I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one, and I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one. I'm sorry that I only "work" with my PC, but unfortunately this is how I make my living. But since the "kid" who gave me the cold shoulder was still in nappies when I had already rinsed my first keyboard, I won't hold it against him too much. I'm not sure I'll be able to do anything about it, but I'm sure I'll be able to do something about it, and I'm sure I'll be able to do something about it.
