Poor quality

It's a good performing computer, but I'm sorry there's no button to activate or deactivate the built-in webcam. After a week, it stopped working and I don't know what happened, it seems to have been disconnected. I've looked everywhere, contacted the after-sales service but no satisfactory solution has been offered (even by phone). I don't want to reset everything as it takes time to configure. I'm not a fan of Windows 11 but that has nothing to do with the computer. The value for money is still very good and I hope that in future versions they will add this button on the keyboard (I had a Lenovo with it and I thought it was practical).

Edit of 25/11/24: the computer won't charge anymore.... I hope it's just the charger, I've ordered another one to check but there's no smell of burning...
