same concern as the previous comment

I received a new pc, and it didn't work, the battery didn't charge, I received a second one, and after a month, I noticed that the graphics card had problems SINCE THE BEGINNING, until the last serious crash, black screen......
I'm not sure if it's a good one or not, but I'm sure it's a good one.
I'm waiting for a NEW one, I hope, because I don't trust ACER any more.... a piece of advice, GET OUT!
but keep your trust in LDLC

    Buy Acer 5 A515-56-37NO laptop

I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.
The computer is unusable because the charger does not work: after a few seconds it does not load anymore...
The 1TB disk is not seen in an explorer or in the disk manager.
My first contact with Acer after-sales service was unable to give me the procedure for returning the computer because he was convinced that I had an email problem. Fortunately, my second contact was able to give me the procedure after a few seconds...
The brand new computer went back to the Acer workshop to be repaired even though it had never been used!
I think that LDLC has nothing to do with my problems but I would like to point out this problem which shows the lack of testing by Acer when the computers are assembled.
