SAV Acer pas sérieux !!! And I'm nice ...

The sound is cringeworthy compared to the previous Aspire from 2013!!!!
Acer after-sales service found nothing wrong !!!!!!!!!
I had to buy a BT speaker to get decent sound.
Another problem with the network card, which causes videos to freeze and generates errors in the Windows system log.
Here again, back from Acer: nothing abnormal !!!! Normal errors ........
I found a more recent driver from Intel that solved the problem.
