low-end with design defect that overheats
I've been using the i7 for a while now and I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use the i7 for a long time, but I've been using it for a long time now and I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use the i7 for a long time. The 12th gen i7 gives off a lot of heat and unfortunately this series is not adapted by its cooling system to accommodate a processor giving off so much heat; and even at the keyboard level it's very hot in places and I'm afraid that the battery will eventually explode; the keyboard is already starting to show signs of weakness. I have contacted the LDLC after sales service and despite my explanations they have not been willing to give me a refund or credit note; I have no alternative but to return it with a delay that is uncertain to me. I am also very disappointed with MSI because compared to my previous laptop bought on LDLC, the quality has deteriorated a lot, at least on this model; this is unacceptable when you know that it costs nearly 2000euros.
