I have been a LDLC customer since 2018, several computers bought and very satisfied, quality and service.
Ventirad received as part of a mounted configuration:
The ventirad arrives with the 2 towers leaning "gale" to the same side. After disassembly, this seems to come from the heatpipes which are askew. With the fans between the radiator towers, it makes a nice "4 step staircase" effect that I could have done without...
For the moment it seems to work properly but it's ugly and visible with my case with the glass face!
As I had the tower mounted, I would have appreciated if the technician (who could only notice it I hope) had asked me in advance if I could leave it like that for a normal shipment or if ldlc had the deformed ventirad changed by another one (using the manufacturer's warranty?) even if it meant getting the pc back later.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
