Synology DiskStation DS2422+ is a 12-bay desktop NAS that enables instant deployment with scalability up to 24 bays with 1 expansion unit, providing an outstanding sequential throughput of 2201MB/s read and 1383MB/s write. The DS2422+ is certified for VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V and OpenStack, designed to bring superior flexibility and efficiency to businesses. It is equipped with an AMD Ryzen V1500B processor with 4GB of DDR4 RAM and 4 x 1GbE LAN ports.
Flexible, reliable and efficient NAS
The DS2422+ is equipped with a quad-core processor and 4GB of DDR4 ECC memory (expandable to 32GB). It supports up to 336 TB of storage capacity when connected to a Synology DX1222 expansion unit. In a 10GbE network environment, the DS2422+ delivers sequential throughput performance of over 2201MB/s read and 1383MB/s write.
The PCIe 3.0 slot not only allows the installation of an optional network interface card, but also an M.2 adapter card to enable M.2 NVMe/SATA SSD cache to increase random read/write IOPS.
