ASUSTOR AS66: Upgrade to the next level

ASUSTOR AS6602T is a 2.5"/3.5" SATA network attached storage server with two M.2 PCIe slots for SSD caching. Powered by an Intel Celeron J4125 Quad-Core processor and 4GB of DDR4 RAM, it will be at ease for all business uses. Equipped with a rich network connectivity including 2 x 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, it will avoid latency on your business network infrastructure.

Multi-user access

ASUSTOR NAS servers support Windows, macOS, and other devices with a web browser as well as cross-platform file sharing protocols such as Samba, AFS, and NFS. ASUSTOR also provides programs for Windows and macOS desktops to make accessing and configuring a NAS easier than ever. ADM supports up to 4096 accounts, 512 of which can be accessed simultaneously.

Complete Backup Solution

ASUSTOR's full backup solution offers over twelve different backup options including Amazon S3, Dropbox, Google Drive and Onedrive. ASUSTOR's Backup Plan for Windows and Time Machine for macOS offer easy backups for desktops and laptops, while MyArchive removable hard drives provide cold storage.

The Btrfs format, now supported with Snapshot Center, allows you to create snapshots. In case of unintentional changes, easily restore previous versions with Snapshot Center. Snapshot Center supports up to 256 snapshots of a volume and can be run every five minutes. A backup can be easily restored should data become damaged or lost.

    Innovative product for a private or small business range

    I chose this model primarily for its functionality and price and the advantage of the additional 2.5 Asustor box. The press is logical.
