I have had the full attention of your services prior to the sale for my needs. Thank you.
But since then: my installation is already broken.
A HDD has crashed, and slot 1 of the Synology is failing.
Also, the Icy Box drive that you recommended to me to recover my old data, does not work. It only turns on randomly and my Mac cannot find it.
I would like to use the warranty to replace the HDD AND the DS1520+. I would like to thank you for your attention to my request. I am a good customer...very disappointed.
