    Excellent audio quality! but ...

    I have been using this marantz SR6015 HC amp for 1 month.
    The audio quality is really excellent! No regrets on this point, it is really as everyone describes it, the sound is warm and round. Very pleasant.
    It does heat up quite a bit but with 2 fans on it, the worry is solved.
    The negative bridges:
    The amp is supposed to stay on standby when you choose an HDMI source. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, more often it doesn't... The "intelligent" recognition of the HDMI output doesn't work that well. You put the TV on and it switches to the PC source ^^
    These are minor inconveniences but it's a shame at this price.
    Bluetooth works well but everything goes through the HEOS app which is a shame !!!!!!!!!

    In conclusion, the audio quality is exceptional but for the connectivity part, it is to be reviewed...
    Fingers crossed that one day the HEOS application will be updated.
    As for the materials, it's top of the range!
    I still recommend this amplifier
