The panel died after 8 months, LG's service was deplorable.
The screen's characteristics and usability are good.
But quality and reliability to be reviewed, and above all, LG's after-sales service is deplorable:
Dead panel (full vertical line of pixels off after only 8 months of use).
LG after-sales service refuses to replace it, and indicates several weeks of repair time without any other precision.
To the request: "Could you lend me a replacement screen for the time of the intervention, so that I can continue to work?
... the answer is: "No, the service is not available for this product".
Pitiful! And having to stay with a damaged screen because I can't do without using my computer for weeks on end and without a repair due date.
