    I've had this Qnap TS-230 in my hands for a few months now. It is perfectly suitable for private use (which is why I bought it), although all Qnap features are accessible, but limited by the 2 bays.

    confusion and energy management

    Simple use as a file server and backup (no raid and other. only two large disks accessible from all devices in the house). Only clients under linux in 'samba' protocol.
