I was looking for a screen with good value for money with 144 Hz and G-Sync compatibility.
Has worked perfectly for 3 years.
good colour screen mega solid and not annoying i recommend for this price and the 144hz works perfectly
Bought to replace a 10 year old screen. (May its soul rest in peace...)
Nice screen, good size panel, very bright. I could feel the change to 144Hz.
I also tested the HDR, the depth of blacks is not fabulous but the brightness and intensity of colours is perceptible. The HDR mode prevents me from adjusting other settings and weakens the brightness so I prefer to do without it.
I guess G-Sync works because I didn't see any tearing while playing!
The screen is big, bright and colourful but the options (ACM/ Super Sharpness) are a bit anecdotal. The whole thing is nice and the stand looks solid, if a bit bulky.
I'm fully satisfied with this screen, until I get a PC that can handle 1440p...
I would recommend it to anyone who wants a taste of 144hz. Don't worry about the frills.
Those who want a proper HDR experience will have to aim higher.
Good quality product, simple installation, very nice rendering, contrast, darkness and response time.
However, I have not yet been able to test the advanced features such as G-Sync
I like the colours very much the rate of hrz and respect i always have 144 constanrt and i can't say anything else than that
I bought this monitor in order to upgrade my old monitor to a secondary one.
This Acer screen has a nice image, a 144Hz which is a plus for gaming, has nice colours, has a jack and built-in speakers.
However, the sound is just for troubleshooting as it is pretty poor, so just in case, having speakers is much better.
The main problem is that this screen is not recognised when my PC starts up, which makes it beep every time I turn it on, and ruen has not been able to solve this problem, which in no way prevents it from being used so it's strange...
The foot is nice but a bit big, the menus are simple, the edges are thin so very good value for money, thank you ldlc!
Exceptional screen. 25 inch, G-Sync, 144 Herzt, 1080p: The bare minimum when you want to play in good conditions.
Product received one week after ordering.
The G-Sync works very well.
The iPS panel is a pure pleasure for the eyes.
The 144 hz are also present.
The only small defect of this screen is the 2 ms response time and not the 1 ms (even if it's very little)
I strongly recommend it because 250€ to have G-Sync 144Hz with an IPS panel and a 24.5" screen is a very good deal!
Great screen!
The gsync compatible nickel! Plug and play, no hassle at all.
IPS and superb colours, I take full retina coming from a TN. The HDR is useless and gives me totally washed out colours on some games like BfV so no need to activate it.
Good responsiveness, I play overwatch with RAS the 144Hz are there.
The buttons and joystick settings are nice to use, lots of options but I didn't have to make any adjustments other than lowering the brightness.
The points that bother me are :
The sound! I've been using it for a while now, but it's not really working at all. But it's quickly fixed with 15€ usb speakers that drastically corrected the problem.
The height adjustment, but finally it's more useless than I imagined and the tilt/rotation is enough to position the screen correctly.
So 8/10 because of the sound, the rest is very good and it breathes quality.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to use it in the future, but I'm sure I'll be able to use it in the future. The delivery man who puts my screen in front of my house and leaves without warning, while I was not at home, the screen remained outside for 24 hours in full view of everyone!
I will no longer buy from LDLC because of this delivery company unfortunately...
