Perfect on a Ryzen 7 3700X
Installation is very easy and well guided with the help of the installation manual, pre-applied thermal paste is sufficient but you can replace with a better performing paste.
As for the noise, the pump is very quiet under normal load, when it is fully loaded, you can hear a slight noise but it is extremely discreet and it does not bother me at all, you can also configure from the NZXT CAM software, the pattern of the pump.
Temperature wise, I have never exceeded 65 degrees with the pump running at 90% of its maximum speed. In normal use, I get 30 to 40 degrees on a Ryzen 7 3700X OC at 5GHz on a X570 board.
The downside for me is the connection to NZXT CAM which collects and analyses the data.
