After using this headset for 569 days, even after falling many times from a height of over 1 metre, it still works perfectly. The audio quality is also great, as is the application that lets you change the audio profile.
Even at this price, I'd recommend it to people on a budget for its robustness alone.
They all worked perfectly until the day I started having connection problems. I initially blamed the PC, but I was wrong, as I had the same problem with my second configuration.
This headset has only one output jack. It can therefore only be connected to the headphone output or the microphone input. Therefore it can only do one of two functions.
Corsair asks to install its iCUE program to have the 2 functions at the same time.
But the program does not recognize the headset and nothing explains me what to do.
I don't recommend this headset as it makes using a gaming headset more complex. It should be enough to plug it in to use it.
as the microphone is not fixed the thread must be damaged inside so the microphone does not work at all...
I am very disappointed...
The first 2/3 months the headset worked perfectly well, but after these months of happiness, it started to have connection problems, so that if it is not in specific positions, only the left ear works, which is very unpleasant and disturbing.
Otherwise the headphones are pleasant to wear, do not hurt the head and have a very good sound. It would have got 5 stars if it had at least lasted in years what it lasted in months. Unfortunately, for this price, it is not acceptable to have these kinds of problems with normal use of a headset after only a few months.
