Defective reader and not covered by the LCDC warranty
Numerous scratches and pixelation of the screen after one month of normal use and without impact. Vivlio invented the touchscreen that gets damaged when touched. For LCDC, this is a physical alteration and not a defect of the device, so it is not covered by the warranty, so here is 220 euros for one month of use...
I was already not very satisfied with the device when it was working: it went into sleep mode while reading, automatic lighting was a bit random, and the reader was not very responsive (excessive page loading time).
I had a kindle before, I'll come back to it.
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about your review of our e-reader. The screens of our e-readers are not covered by the warranty. Nevertheless, your satisfaction is important to us and we would like to offer you a commercial gesture on the purchase of a new Vivlio reader.

In order to obtain this gesture, LDLC will ask you for a proof of purchase and will organise the return of your defective book to our test centre.
We look forward to hearing from you.
