    nickel

Nice motherboard that I have had for almost 2 years now. Nice. I'm just missing a USB-c connector to send back to the front of the case. But that's not too bad

    Runs on Linux

Daily use since January 2020 in a Linux machine. As expected, it looks like a Christmas tree on acid at first boot. After turning off the lights in the setup, the product is quite satisfactory: - The built-in sound card is temperamental under Windows 10, which seems unable to detect it correctly and automatically installs a completely incompatible driver. If you really want to use this OS I recommend you download the correct driver from the Realtek website. - Under Linux the sound card works perfectly well using the traditional audio stack (and without installing a driver since it has been included in the kernel for some years). I was able to make some advanced ALSA configurations to test the specifications, the highest sample rate seems to work. - With pulseaudio, on the other hand, expect the worst (but if you use pulseaudio you're probably used to it...) in which case I recommend you disable the integrated sound card via the motherboard setup - the setup tool is quite nice. You won't find the most advanced options, reserved for high-end models, but just what you need to configure a good little PC for tinkering. Custom profiles can be set for RAM management and PWM fans. - The motherboard supports multiple ESPs on the same disk (not always the case...) and it is therefore possible to do a dual boot without going through a boot manager, by occasionally selecting a secondary OS via the boot menu (accessible by pressing F11). - the ugly logo of the manufacturer can be replaced by a nice centered log.

    Updated July 2021:
Frequent corruption during USB3 transfers in January 2021. Removing the automatic CM overclock in the setup solved the problem.

Excellent but limited on some points

It's a relatively nice card, no problem to install, so it has everything to please, RGB management which is superb, nice BIOS which also manages RGB but for the hackers:

I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'll tell you what I'm talking about:
The interface is intuitive on the global bases but remains a little complex at the level of the advanced parameter setting type OC etc..., much of under file then it is a problem of intuitiveness, I always put me has the place of a person who maitrise but without more, knowing that the manual of user does not give information on it (the bios) and not possibility of passed in French by defect.*

I'm not sure if it's a good one or not, but I'm sure it's a good one. But when we want to look for the flavor must tinker with the machine knowing that it is in English so having seen many French-speaking users not knowing how to speak a word of this language, at least I would have specified (I speak of the bios has good hearing) the manual (in French and more) is clear on the assembly, the different parts of the card, but does not speak at all of the BIOS, and its operation ....

Conclusion: Very good motherboard, be warned for a more advanced use, or advanced user!

    Impeccable

As per the datasheet, no difficulties when mounting with a Ryzen 5 2400G. The only drawback is that the 4 sata ports are grouped together at the edge of the motherboard and oriented parallel to the PCB, which is a bit complicated if you have a narrow case like me to connect the cables.

    Impressive

This motherboard in M-ATX format made me very surprised.
Despite its size, it offers a lot of possibilities and a very good basic structure for Ryzen platforms.
The RGB functionality is nice and easy to use

    Used with :
    AMD Ryzen 7 1700
    2x 8GB DDR4 3000MhzG.Skill AEGIS
    MSI AMD RX 570 Armour 4 G
    SSD Force Series MP510 480GB M.2
