Very easy to use, the cables are a bit annoying at first but you get used to it! the stylus (pen) is really very precise.
I recommend it for amateur or professional designers.

Very good product. I already own a cintiq 13 HD and wanted to upgrade to a larger size but without cluttering up my desk. The size is perfect: more comfort for drawing and I have the space to slide a keyboard next to it (or in front of it).
I'm very happy with the size of the Cintiq 13HD, but I'm not using it. I'm very happy with the precision and the size of the keyboard. Very satisfied. The precision is there and the parallax is low.
Latency almost imperceptible. If you have latency on photoshop or Krita do a tour in your settings in the graphics acceleration.
There is better but it is much more expensive.
I'm very happy with this product. I've been using it for a while now and it's a great product.
I'm very pleased with the Wacom cintiq16 product, no surprises and what was expected. just not easy to organize 3 screens including one in displayport and more difficult in fact than with my intuo pro medium
