Very good screen

The ultimate gaming experience!AMD FreeSync technology puts an end to jerky games and ripped images with smooth, artifact-free performance at virtually any frame rate. See the new advancements in PC gaming performance. FreeSync technology, available on select AMD APUs and GPUs, solves communication problems between the processor and monitor, eliminating image tearing and jerking for the smoothest possible gameplay. In addition to the outstanding WQHD resolution, this model features a 144Hz refresh rate. This reduces frame-to-frame latency and gives gamers the ability to enhance their gaming experience. Images displayed are smoother, sharper and reality is at its best. |
Eye comfortThe backlight refresh rate (the number of times per second the backlight is turned on and off) embedded in LCD displays can cause some flicker. Flicker Less technology reduces the flicker effect that sometimes occurs with prolonged use and prevents user eye strain. Acer Bluelight Shield technology reduces the intensity of the icy white effect (bluish effect) caused by the white LED, by adjusting the display settings via the OSD. This technology limits eye damage caused by long-term use. |

The screen is hs grey slab with nice gradations. It did the job but life span too short. Goodbye Acer!
It works very well but as I have a nvidia graphics card the vsync with 144hz was a bit painful to set in the screen settings, I had to create a personal profile to set the 2k+144hz (143.995)
Looking at youtube tutorials it's not that complicated but it takes away a star, otherwise very good screen.
Very good screen with very nice colours. I had a main screen IIyama G-Master G2530HSU that I recommend because of its quality but I put it as a second screen after this purchase, The difference is obvious and feels good.
The package for once was impeccable, nothing to report on the delivery side. I had a hard time configuring it at first and for my part the HDR functionality doesn't work, I don't think it's because of the screen, I'm not sure, but more because of my configuration: GTX 1060 6G/I5 8400...
I'm not sure if it's because of the screen or not, but I'm sure it's because of my configuration: gtx 1060 6g/i5 8400...
I've been using it for a long time now and it's a great piece of equipment for both gaming and office use. I recommend it!
For a 1440p 1`44hz screen with 1ms response it's hard to find better without the budget going through the roof.
The screen ticks all the boxes, the colours are beautiful, it's very bright, the thin edges are very pleasant, the menus and settings are quite intuitive, in short I highly recommend it.
I bought this screen following an upgrade of my configuration (2070super + 9600k (against 1060 and i58400 a little too weak).
It's a little cold for 340 euros but I don't regret it! I was on an iiyama blackhawk 75hz tn 24.5" panel. THE IIYAMA WAS GOOD AND THE SCREEN WAS VERY GOOD. The iiyama was good and still is as a second screen but this one and its ips panel, dazzling colours (in the good sense of the word), an osd control panel much more pushy!
I recommend it with my eyes closed!
I find it the best product on the market in terms of quality/price and I am more than satisfied with it
Plugged into my Vega64, the Freesync works perfectly, between ~44Hz and 144Hz.
It's also very smooth with the other HDMI input on my Pi4, set to 1440p output.
I put it straight into ECO mode, as the standard mode dazzled me badly.
The edges are pretty thin, and it's very clean with the buttons and the little joystick hidden behind the screen on the right.
Default viewing angles and colour rendering are very good, both for movies and games.
No dead pixels.
I recommend it without any worries. Very happy with my purchase.
I've been playing with a full HD iiyama TN panel, I've been enjoying this Acer one, it's just gorgeous, I'm using it for my xbox one X and I'm amazed at the difference with the IPS panel of this one! I really recommend it!
The settings with the console are perfect, 120 hz and 1440p with freesync technology that adapts to the xbox.
