The 3 charging/power ports are a nice touch.
My comment is missing forty-four characters.
Satisfied with my purchase, the product is well finished, made of metal and doesn't get particularly hot.
Unfortunately, 6 months after the warranty expired, ports 4 to 7 suddenly failed (peripherals not recognised and not powered, even though they work on ports 1 to 3).
I hesitated to buy the same one again, but in the end I opted for a model with fewer ports and a longer USB cable.
Hello,
Bought to replace another hub (plastic) bought a few years ago. The 3 positive and true opinions will be accompanied by mine: product which, as soon as the box is opened, makes an excellent impression (weight as it is metal, you can feel the stability, the finish). I've been using it for a while now, but it's still a good idea to check it out.
As they say, surprised in a good way. I have no hesitation in recommending it.
Thank you.
My PC only has two poor USB ports on the front. I added this USB hub to solve this problem.
It is perfectly recognized by windows 10 on a USB 3.0 port. On the USB 2.0 port, it was not recognized.
Its external power supply allows you to connect external devices without loading the power supply of the PC's USB port, which I think will preserve and protect the PC's USB port.
The hardware is robust.
It can be turned off with a switch on the side.
It does what it was bought for, which is already good news.
