received with two of the 12 ports having pins 1 and 8 broken inside the RJ45 connector! And before blaming the patch panel for a network problem, you unfortunately need to have spent a few hours getting your head around it. As I'm the first to report a problem, this may be a case in point, but still, how is it possible to find broken pins in the connector when it's new?
