        Very good product

        After 8 weeks of use.
Easy to set up, makes no noise, we can move the screens around at will.
        Excellent.

        It does the job

It does the job, but I was expecting much better handling, it's a bit stiff even after a few adjustments.

Watch out for the screws and bolts!

I was able to get this double screen arm a few days ago because I needed to free up some space on my desk, the arm is very good quality, there are places along the arm to run and hide the cables (HDMI and power), the instructions are clear, and assembly is fairly simple (if there are 2 of you, as it's a bit trickier on your own).
But there's one point in particular that you need to be very careful about:
The screws supplied to fix your screen to the arm are quite short (M4x12mm), so be careful because if your screen has a deep thread, you'll need to buy longer screws from a DIY shop.
In my case, the screw thread on my screen (AOC Q27G2U) was too deep, so I couldn't screw the screen in using the original screws. Fortunately, you can find similar longer screws in any DIY shop; in my case, 16mm-long M4 screws were able to reach the screw thread and secure my screen.
Be careful not to use screws that are too long either, as you risk damaging your screen if you screw too deep!
Note that washers are supplied to give you extra leeway so you don't risk screwing in too deep.
It's a shame we don't supply several different lengths of screw, but that's the only bad thing about this product :/

        The right equipment

Mounting the stand on a desk is easy, using either the clamp or the threaded rod. Adjusting the arms to the weight of the monitors is quick and easy, and the same goes for orientation.
The only small negative point would be the installation of the cable covers, which isn't always easy.
Apart from that, it's good equipment, well finished and solidly built, for less money than a competitor who's an expert in the field.

        Very good

As described. Delivered on time. The ARM 1 is very good, the ARM 2 is as good, if not better.

        Practice

Very practical for someone who spends a lot of time in front of their screens.
        Easy to install.
        I highly recommend it.
Delivery on time and the package was not damaged.

Very practical and quite well designed!

I bought this articulated arm to set up a dual screen setup with an ASUS 27" LED - VG27AQ as the main screen and an ASUS 21.5" LED - VP229HE as the secondary screen.

I tried both types of mounting provided (clamp and screw that goes through the desk) and they both hold the arm perfectly. I still preferred the solution with a hole in the desk to move the mount away from the edge.

The remote USB and Jack ports work very well for the use I have (usb key, mobile phone, bluetooth speaker...)

The screens are well maintained, you can really place them as you wish without too much difficulty and the height adjustment system works very well.

I'm very happy with the price, I recommend it.
